These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WannaRank (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Crawl or scrape websites in violation of applicable law or a target site's terms of service.
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) using data obtained through the Service.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access controls of the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service's output as a standalone data product without authorization.

3. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including AI and search-data providers) to function. If you supply your own API keys for these providers, you are responsible for complying with those providers' own terms and for any costs they charge directly to your account with them.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service itself. You retain ownership of the search, crawl, and lead data generated within your workspace.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lead scores and AI-generated analyses are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee sales outcomes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WannaRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
